My God Is Not Shy

My God is not shy
He calls me by name
He calls me to do His Good will.

My God is not shy
He removes my great shame
And He causes my heart to be still.

Long enough for His teachings
Of His Son our great Saviour
Then commands to go spread His Good Word.

He's Alive! And He's not shy
He'll fill your heart and make it pure
Hallelujah my Savior, my God is not shy.

He lived and He loved
He taught of His Father above
When cruxified He arose from the grave
On day 3 as the Scriptures revealed.

I shall boldly proclaim
To all who'll give ear
That Jesus Christ is Lord over all!

Come judgement day
When Jesus appears
He'll gathers His sheep by name.

They'll know His voice
Ready they'll be
To join Him in Peace for Eternity

Until that day
I shall shall boldly proclaim
That Jesus Christ is Lord over all.

Hallelujah my Savior, my God is not shy!

PS. If this seems like a discombobulated poem, that is because it is. I am cleaning up my paperwork, and I found this. I did not want to throw it away, so I put it here. Apparently when I first began writing it, I decided I wanted to go in a different direction. It is written on an envelope, and I found the other half on the other side of the envelope. You know us writers. When it comes to us, we just have to write it down right then or we lose it. This is one that got away from but tried to reclaim. Ho hum. I still believe every word. ;)
