The Battle of the mind - Operational Stress, PTSD

Have you ever had a bad day? A day in which you'd thought it would never end? A loss, a fight, fought in a war? Well the only one that suffers the most is those who have fought in a war to keep us free. Some of them suffer PTSD, and now there are places for them to go without any 'mental health' stigma. Watch the video below.

If this does not work, here is the link.

Hat tip: Thank A Soldier.net.

Two of those links for our precious heroes (you may not consider yourself a hero, but I do) may go: OperationPTSD and PTSD Support. The USA, Canada, and Britan have some form of help for Military personnel who suffer from this horrific issue.

It is nothing to be ashamed of or laughed at due to the reason they have it in the first place is because they volunteered to save your arse, so I don't want anyone saying anything negative about the people week this help.

I know the Troops will not be the ones laughing, because they are the ones who've been pushing for these programs. They care about the men and women who fight with them side by side. They are family then and forever.

Have a blessed day, and Semper Fi! (No, I never served in any branch of the Armed Services, but I sure support all who did.)

May you walk with the LORD always, and when you cannot take another step, may He carry you the rest of the way until you can walk along side Him again. Digg! Digg!
