My Fellow Patriots, Be Warned!

My friend over in Pasadena sent me this message today, and they're on to us. Yup, they found out that we're bought and paid for cuz no one could really think the way we do. Dang, it was good while we fooled them...NOT!

This is a funny video, and here is what Jonathan wrote on Facebook:
Subject: Premiere: Exposing the American Tea Party

(DISCLAIMER: "Chase Peterson" is a completely fictional character created to lampoon certain unnamed "journalists" in the mainstream media. Please enjoy and pass along at your own discretion ;)

As many of you know, the Pasadena Patriots were approached last month by veteran news correspondent Chase Peterson about participating in a documentary series called "Exposing the American Tea Party". Concerned that Mr Peterson had his own agenda, we politely declined. However, his producer came back with an irresistible offer - they would grant us FINAL APPROVAL and ALLOW US TO EDIT THE PIECE. Now granted - none of us are professional filmmakers, but this opportunity was simply too good to pass up. On December 29th, Chase Peterson came to our holiday party at Riley's Farm. Even though we were extremely gracious and cooperative, Mr Peterson's attitude soured throughout the afternoon and upon leaving he refused to give us the video tapes. As you can imagine - this didn't go over well with our group. With the help of Mr Peterson's cameraman, we finally took possession of the video footage. And now - Riley's Farm and the Pasadena Patriots are excited to present our first crack at mockumentary filmmaking "FRONT MAN: Who pays for the party?". Thanks to everyone who participated. It was a total blast and we're already talking to Chase about the next episode. Stay tuned!
Here is Part 1 of the video. Enjoy.

If this video does not work properly, here's the link to YouTube.

Here is part 2.
If this video isn't working properly, here is the link to the YouTube. Have a great day.

How To's For Petitions and Voter Registration Forms

Here are two videos which should answer any questions you might have about gathering signatures for the petition.

Here is the link to YouTube in case you cannot see the video.

Now for the voter registration.

Here is the link at YouTube for this in case you can't see this video either.

For those of you who do not know petitions I am referring to, please go to Unplug the Political Machine. From there you will be able to join up, volunteer, and read about this petition which we are trying to get on this November's ballot. Basically, we want to stop the corruption in Sacramento, California. Simply stated, this petition will require PUBLIC union bosses to gather signatures and ask for money the same as you and me. Right now, the government takes the money out of PUBLIC employees paychecks, gives it to the Public union bosses who turn around and give it back to the politicians. We have no voice any more, and we're tired of it.

I would like to thank Bridget Blanton of the Tomecula Valley Tea Party Patriots for all of her hard work and help she has given toward this effort. You're the tops, Lady. ;)

May you walk with the LORD always, and when you cannot take another step, may He carry you the rest of the way until you can walk along side Him again.

Petitions Ready! Volunteers Needed

You will find the information at Long Beach Patriots and Petitions Ready! Volunteers Needed.

Just in case you're one of those readers (like me) that doesn't like to run all over the place to read the news, I think I'll post it here as well. ;)

Petitions Ready! Volunteers Needed.

It is finally here. Our petition is now available for you to download. I will give you a couple links that you will need for this. The first one is Unplug The Political Machine petitions, and the second one is a Fact Sheet with information for you.

It would be very helpful if you joined the Unplug the Political Machine and then joined our group which is listed under Los Angeles County, Long Beach, Long Beach Patriots. Long enough for ya? *heh*

So what is this petition about? Ah. I've been writing in our private site, so you may want to join that also. That is where I post the news others have written and what is happening. It most likely will NOT be found here, because we have idiots in this country who do not believe in freedom of speech, the right to associate with like-minded people, and the such. So email me and I'll include you if I already have you on my list. It also makes it easier for me to email everyone with one email rather than 5 emails with 20 people at a time.

Now down to business. This is a petition to add an amendment to California's Constitution. What it does is it denies the government the right take your money (if you a public employee) for political purposes, give it to public employees union bosses (not the employees), whom in turn give it back to the crooked politicians that took it from the employees in the first place. Basically, it puts them on the same playing field as the rest of us.

It does NOT deny the union bosses the rights of collective bargaining and all purposes of a union. It just means that they would have to ask people for political contributions. This way, if you are a public employee and don't agree with their politics (even if you do!), you get to keep the money YOU worked your butt off for to earn.

Why is this important to us? Because it is corrupting our political system. When those weak-kneed politicians have meetings, do you think they're really working in our best interest? No, they're not. Why not? Because the union bosses have a seat at the table! If they know the union will run ads against them in the next election, how do you think they're going to vote, no matter the crisis it will cause the state? That's right, and that is corruption.

If we want to take back California for the Citizens, this is where we begin. You guys did wonderful when we kicked the snot out of Proposition 1A, and we are going to do it again. We need over 1.2 million signatures. If you go to the sites I have listed, you should find answers to any questions you may have. Otherwise, you can always email me.

As for the volunteering, I need people to be committed to registering voters, signing the petitions (upon showing a drivers license, my sticky point) at malls, at home, at your place of work, etc, and getting them to the address given on the petition. Even a petition with only one signature on it is still good. Send it in! Just make sure that everyone you sign is registered to vote and lives in the same county as the petition.

Let us not show that Long Beach doesn't care about corruption. We do. We need to collect many signatures within this couple of weeks to have anyone with money interested in helping us. Please step forward and be counted. God bless you all.

May you walk with the LORD always, and when you cannot take another step, may He carry you the rest of the way until you can walk along side Him again.

Please Sign Vets For Freedom's Petition

Below is a petition which I have signed, and I am asking you to do the same. These brave men are over in Afghanistan fighting for our freedoms and lives, and it is the least we can do to make sure they have the troops and equipment they need to win the victory. We owe this to them.

To sign the petition, all you have to do is check the little box on top of the information, fill in the information, then hit submit. If you do not see it at first, click onto the information and go downward. It will force it up. (That's what I had to do. Then again, my fonts are messed up.)

This is very important to our Military, the Afghans, and us at home. Don't quit now. We are not losers, no matter what others want you to believe. If you don't believe me, then go to Vets For Freedom and ask them if it is worth it. They have been there. They know. Thank you.
To President Obama.

We, the undersigned U.S. war veterans and patriotic Americans, petition you with one simple request:

Listen to the commander on the ground in Afghanistan—General Stanley A. McChrystal—and provide him with the troops he says he needs to win the war in Afghanistan.

By accepting the troop recommendations of General McChrystal—and his boss General David Petraeus—we have a chance to turn the war in Afghanistan around. This is a moment in history we must not miss
.

Like General Petraeus in Iraq, General McChrystal is an outside-the-box thinker who thrives in the ambiguity of asymmetrical battlefields. Like General Petraeus in Iraq, General McChrystal has the right strategy—a comprehensive counterinsurgency plan.

In 2007, General Petraeus was given the troops he needed (the "Surge") to win, and Iraq has turned around—resulting in dramatically lower U.S. casualties, a more stable Iraq, and a drawdown of American forces.

General McChrystal—and all our brave Soldiers and Marines on the ground—deserve the same chance to win in Afghanistan. They deserve the additional troops needed to turn a winning strategy into a winning result.

We fully acknowledge that the war in Afghanistan has been tough, and is currently headed in the wrong direction. And as you have said, it has been under-resourced, under-funded, and under-manned for years. You have also said that it is a war we must win. We agree on all fronts.

Unlike Iraq, there was consensus at the beginning of the war in Afghanistan that America must be successful in toppling the Taliban and dismantling Al Qaeda, for the safety of our country. Eight years later, the consensus on the war in Afghanistan is fractured; however we believe—as do you—that the need for victory has not changed.

During this time of domestic uncertainty and global threats, winning the war will require steadfast Presidential leadership; a Commander-in-Chief who is unwilling to be swayed by lagging poll numbers or party leaders who want to block troop increases.

Now is the time for your leadership. If you listen to commanders on the ground, give them what they need, and stand behind our warriors in Afghanistan—we will stand with you. If you don't, and would rather fight the "war of necessity" with one hand tied behind our back, then we will loudly object.

Many—in fact a majority—said the war in Iraq was "unwinnable," yet our troops persevered and turned the tide. Despite the drumbeat of detractors—on both sides of the aisle—this is another war we can win. But we must act now.

We owe it to the Marines and Soldiers slogging it out with insurgents every day to get this right. If we do, they'll fight, they'll persevere, and they'll win. If we don't, we are setting them up for failure. No less than America's greatness—and the legacy of America's finest warriors—is at stake. [Please sign the petition here.]

Victory Caucus: Stand by the Mission

Would you like to host a copy of the petition that is for 'Stand by the Mission in Iraq' for our Troops on your website or blog? Visit Victory Caucus to find out how to have your own petition.

Please feel free to put this patch or words on your sidebar. It will take visitors to Victory Caucus so that they may sign the petition as well. As we sit around wondering what we could do to fight back against the MoveOn.org crowd, this is one of the best things we can do. The troops will surely appreciate this also. Thank you.

PS. Just in case you do not have a website or a blog and would like to call to Congress toll free to show your support for the Troops, you may reach them at 1-877-222-8001. Have a nice day.

A Letter to the People of Iraq

There is a letter being sent to the people of Iraq that I found over at Victory Caucus. This is a wonderful site, and I highly recommend you sign up and join us.

You do not have to be a conservative, liberal, republican, democrat, or whatever label they choose to ascribe upon us. Just as long as you love America and wish for her victory (hence the name, lol)

This letter is one of encouragement and to let the Iraqi people know that we know how to go around the media when it is necessary. It is necessary. Our press appears to be working for al Jazeer! So we shall carry the message ourselves. Please join us. When I signed the petition, I was only #13. I know we can do better than this! We are better than this. Thank you for all of your support for our troops and the people we are helping to help us.

Here is the petition: Online petition - A letter to the Citizens of the Islamic Republic of Iraq.
