In God We Still Trust

This video has been emailed to several people, because they say it is political. I didn't know the government was to be the arbiters of religiosity and patriotism. Hmm. I seem to remember having a 1 Amendment Right to keep to keep the Govt OUT OF MY RELIGION and FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION.

Anyway, these are the words of the person who sent it: "Sometimes we just need a lift from the day to day grind of the fight. Boycott Los Angeles, Chicago

Los Angeles is restricting all transportation to Arizona and breaking all contracts (Sue them, Arizona), and Chicago's Assistant Super Intendent (Suzanne something) has denied the girls basketball team (who wants to go) the opportunity to participate in the playoffs after winning their division Title.

Okay. You wanna play dirty? Arizona government and contractors, SUE THEIR BUTTS OFF! These idiots are breaching contract law, commerce law, and many other laws. They claim it is because of safety concerns (Chicago), yet they went to China! I guess Gulags and organ donation by prisoners who did not give consent is okay, but Arizona is dangerous because they are upholding FEDERAL law.

[AVOID LOS ANGELES AND CHICAGO]

If every state had OBEYED FEDERAL LAW about immigration and ILLEGAL ALIENS, we would not face the overrun problems we have today. If the feds won't do their job, who will? Someone has to, and Arizona is starting to take their state back.

Are you aware that there is at least one kidnapping per day in Phoenix? Are you aware that my friend was murdered because he had to audicity to be on HIS property? Where in the heck was HIS protection? Why are you not standing up and rioting over the fact that we have been invaded by a FOREIGN ENEMY? Yes, I do mean enemy.

They believe that the whole western country belongs to them, and they have come to make war with us. Yeah, yeah, laugh it off. Why don't you try educating yourselves first before you become fools with no one to protect YOU?

A Holocaust Survivor's View on Islam

This article was emailed to me, and I find it rather compelling. I have his name and accomplishments and people I know may ask me for them, but I have chosen not to reveal his full name and achievements on this blog. Why not? Because I understand how the fatwa's and the crazies work, and I refuse to be a part of him becoming a target for idiots.

A man, whose family was German aristocracy prior to World War II, owned a number of large industries and estates. When asked how many German people were true Nazis, the answer he gave can guide our attitude toward fanaticism. 'Very few people were true Nazis,' he said, 'but many enjoyed the return of German pride, and many more were too busy to care. I was one of those who just thought the Nazis were a bunch of fools. So, the majority just sat back and let it all happen. Then, before we knew it, they owned us, and we had lost control, and the end of the world had come. My family lost everything. I ended up in a concentration camp and the Allies destroyed my factories.'

We are told again and again by 'experts' and 'talking heads' that Islam is the religion of peace and that the vast majority of Muslims just want to live in peace. Although this unqualified assertion may be true, it is entirely irrelevant. It is meaningless fluff, meant to make us feel better, and meant to somehow diminish the specter of fanatics rampaging across the globe in the name of Islam.

The fact is that the fanatics rule Islam at this moment in history. It is the fanatics who march... It is the fanatics who wage any one of 50 shooting wars worldwide. It is the fanatics who systematically slaughter Christian or tribal groups throughout Africa and are gradually taking over the entire continent in an Islamic wave. It is the fanatics who bomb, behead, murder, or honor-kill. It is the fanatics who take over mosque after mosque. It is the fanatics who zealously spread the stoning and hanging of rape victims and homosexuals. It is the fanatics who teach their young to kill and to become suicide bombers.

The hard, quantifiable fact is that the peaceful majority, the 'silent majority,' is cowed and extraneous.

Communist Russia was comprised of Russians who just wanted to live in peace, yet the Russian Communists were responsible for the murder of about 20 million people. The peaceful majority were irrelevant. China's huge population was peaceful as well, but Chinese Communists managed to kill a staggering 70 million people.

The average Japanese individual prior to World War II was not a warmongering sadist. Yet, Japan murdered and slaughtered its way across South East Asia in an orgy of killing that included the systematic murder of 12 million Chinese civilians; most killed by sword, shovel, and bayonet.

And who can forget Rwanda, which collapsed into butchery. Could it not be said that the majority of Rwandans were 'peace loving'?

History lessons are often incredibly simple and blunt, yet for all our powers of reason, we often miss the most basic and uncomplicated of points:

Peace-loving Muslims have been made irrelevant by their silence.

Peace-loving Muslims will become our enemy if they don't speak up, because like my friend from Germany, they will awaken one day and find that the fanatics own them, and the end of their world will have begun.

Peace-loving Germans, Japanese, Chinese, Russians, Rwandans, Serbs, Afghans, Iraqis, Palestinians, Somalis, Nigerians, Algerians, and many others have died because the peaceful majority did not speak up until it was too late. As for us who watch it all unfold, we must pay attention to the only group that counts -- the fanatics who threaten our way of life.

Lastly, anyone who doubts that the issue is serious and just deletes this email without sending it on is contributing to the passiveness that allows the problems to expand. So, extend yourself a bit and send this on and on and on! Let us hope that thousands, world-wide, read this and think about it, and send it on - before it's too late.

This is the creeping of Political Islam in America. This is what many of my Muslim friends have warn me. They keep trying warn anyone who will listen, because they love America and want to see our freedoms and Liberty stay out of the hands of these crazy people like OBL. Will anyone listen in time?

The silent majority which has been awakened at this time needs to demand that we hear the other side. Dr. M. Zuhdi Jasser is just one such person who has been trying to voice heard. How can they win the argument when we demand they speak up and when they do, we don't listen? Please. At least read what he has written. He IS speaking up. Are you going to decide we should remain ignorant so that the terror monsters can win? Is that your decision? It is NOT mine.

Yes, I read with skepticism, but I also learn. At learn he is trying. There are many more.

The Spirit of Man is one of my favorite blogs. 'Winston' is so much more American than some of the idiots we have in Hollyweird, yet he is an Iranian who lives in Canada. Read his blog, please. Then tell me you don't believe him! I'll tell you that you are wrong. He is a great guy. :)

There are many Iraqis, Egyptians, Lebanese, Syrians, Iranians, and Afghanistanis who have blogs. They have been trying to reach out, but no one is listening. Or are we? I know the Admistration is not! Have a great day.

Brian Quintana (CA-D) Challenges Barbara Boxer (CA-D) In Primary

Candidate Brian Quintana is challenging sitting Senator Barbara Boxer for the people's Senate seat. He is a young man with a rich background. Money-wise? I have no idea. Experience-wise? Yes, in many ways that may seem foreign to Senator Boxer.

Not that Sen. Boxer wouldn't like to have the knowledge and experience that Candidate Quintana has, but facts are stubborn things. Can you find a bill she has written which has promoted the common defense or common welfare (besides the welfare state)? I admit, I may have missed it. There was very little she has actually done since she been a Senator since 1990.

Let us not focus on someone who has no real career to brag about. Rather let me tell you about this Democrat candidate who is challenger. Of course you may read his Biography in case I leave anything out.

Brian was born in Boyle Heights and growing up, he shared a bedroom with his eleven siblings. He did well in school, and he was offered a scholarship from Oprah Winfrey's "A Better Chance" program for inner-city students taking college prep classes. He graduated and received a full scholarship from Forrest E. Mars (M/M, Mars) to UC/Berkeley. He graduated there with a double major, Political Science and Business.

He has worked on many campaigns to elect Democrats, and he has served many political people on both sides of the aisle. He has also worked at the investment firm of Shearson Lehman Hutton. He has an quite a career.

That was career. He has also done something that impressed me. He started a foundation to educate and help people of color (who are disproportionately dieing of this disease) on the issue of HIV/AIDS. The name of this foundation is The Pedro Zamora Foundation. It was created in honor of his friend Pedro Zamora who died of horrible disease. He did not want others to die unnecessarily just because they didn't have the education.

Now for his positions on the issues.

1. Jobs. No raising taxes, but giving tax incentives to small businesses so they are able to hire more people. He would also like more funding to retrain people who have lost their jobs so they may find work.

2. Crime. He wants to stop the federal government from keeping the money that is supposed to go to our state to hire more Police Officers and also to keep criminals in jail.

[Editor's Note: I disagree with this one, I think. Isn't the state supposed to do this? If the federal govt has our money for this, when and how did they get it?]

3. Education. Funding for quality schools and vocational schools is a priority.

4. Environment. Many states have tough air pollution laws, but they are not being upheld. He would like to work with states AG's to ensure that there is clean water, clean air, and clean mountains for future Americans.

5. World Peace. He wants to bring the troops now and work with President Obama and George Mitchell to see that there is peace in the Middle East.

[Editor's Note: We brought the troops home from Afghanistan in 1989 and left a huge whole for the Taliban flourish. I know this is not what he wants, but this is just one of the consequences. As for peace in the Middle East? Why don't you after the antagonizers for a change? Yes, like Iran, the Arabs in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. Why was this not a problem when they were Jordanian and the Jordanian government mowed down about 20,000 of them? Nope, not a peep. Leave Israel alone.]

6. Political Reform. "The influence of lobbyists and special interest money has corrupted Congress. As your United States Senator, will be the people of California."

While I disagree with many of his issues, he is not as radical as many politicians. Or so it seems. As I said in my Editor's Note, we shall be holding everyone's feet to the fire this time. No bill, no expense, no tax, no fee, no trip, shall go by without our scrutiny. Why? Because the Congress, the Senate, and the President have ignored us for too long.

You have awoken the sleeping silent majority! We refuse to go back to sleep after seeing what transpired in this health insurance scam, the bailouts (starting with President Bush), the amnesty coming at us, the open borders, and we are the only ones targeted as the enemy. Explain that to my Mother!

US: Targeting Minorities For Extermination

Below is an article that was written by someone at the editorial section of the Washington Times on 8/25/08. It is as relevant now as it was then, because Planned Parenthood has succeeded in getting their greedy, murderous, dirty hands on even more money in this so-called health insurance scam. That is racist--why isn't Jesse and Al protesting the murder of black babies by this racist organization?

Bottom line? One in two black babies are aborted. One in five white babies are aborted. Need more proof of racism?Of course, the abortion of any baby is a loss for all of humanity.

End the abortion and Planned Parenthood racism. PP was formed to abort babies of "color". "Margaret Sanger, who founded what is now Planned Parenthood, wrote a letter in 1939 to Clarence Gamble, with whom she was partnering to promote birth control and abortions in the black community: "We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We do not want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members."

We Must Purge Political Islam From America

Actions of Times Square bomber, a naturalized US citizen, were treasonous.

PHOENIX (May 6, 2010) - Dr. M. Zuhdi Jasser, a devout Muslim and the president and founder of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy issued the following statement regarding the attack of Faisal Shahzad on New York's Times Square.

"The actions of Faisal Shahzad a naturalized US citizen on May 1, 2010 were a calculated and deliberate act of treason. Shahzad's cowardly attempt to kill innocent Americans in Times Square clearly demonstrates his loyalty lies with the Islamist radicals and not his chosen countrymen in the United States. His actions were a result of his faith in the supremacy of an Islamic State over the United States. His citizenship oath was given falsely in 2009 and was in the direct service of powers at war with the United States. His prosecution should encompass the gravity of those actions. No different from Hassan Abujihad convicted in 2008, Nidal Hasan and other Islamist traitors Shahzad if guilty is an enemy of the state and should be immediately legally treated as one.

Whether we declare it or not the United States is at war with the ideology of militant Islamism. Islamists are not afraid to call for the complete destruction of the principles that built our great country. The United States cannot afford to be timid in our response to their actions. Our citizens must abandon the paralyzing fears of political correctness and engage in long overdue genuine theo-political debates about the dangerous separatism of political Islam and its radicalizing effects.

Our elected officials must show true ideological leadership if we are to ever begin the long process of ridding ourselves of the scourge of Islamist terrorism. We cannot cower to victim-mongering organizations that thrive on keeping us from addressing the very real threats to our security. Platitudes that only condemn violence and ignore common ideology will not bring about the necessary reforms which can eventually prevent radicalization.

At the American Islamic Forum for Democracy we believe that it is incumbent on our elected leaders to engage in the war of ideas and demonstrate that the rule of one law that protects universal religious freedom takes precedence over the Islamic state. America in fact provides the best atmosphere for Muslims to practice our faith and it is time for us to empower honest reformist Muslims to declare the 'Islamic state' dead. We will never slow down the recurrence of Islamist terror against our citizenry until such a movement from Muslims against political Islam is palpable."

I understand that are many Americans who may not believe there are any 'good' Muslims because they don't hear about their protests, they don't read their denunciations of Muslims violence against innocent civillians without throwing Israel into the mix, they don't see any of this.

PHOENIX -- Authorities have captured 17 suspected illegal immigrants in southern Arizona as they continued their manhunt Saturday for smugglers who they say shot and wounded a sheriff's deputy in a remote desert area 50 miles south of Phoenix.

Three of those captured overnight Friday matched descriptions from the wounded Pinal County deputy and were being questioned Saturday, sheriff's Lt. Tamatha Villar said. The deputy was released from the hospital, and was recovering at home. [Continue reading.]

The Dutch navy released a video Friday of its recent storming of a German ship and the capture of a band of pirates on board.

The ship, the MS Taipan, was rescued April 5 by the Dutch, and 10 pirates were arrested and jailed in the Netherlands.

The gripping video shows the operation from the point of view of one of the military men. Dutch naval captain Col. Hans Lodder has said that, after ascertaining that the Taipan's crew was safe, he launched his ship's Lynx helicopter with a team of six special-forces marines. With troops providing covering fire from the helicopter, the marines landed onto the ship's deck of the MV Taipan, meeting no resistance from the pirates. [Continue reading.]

Gun Rights In Danger

I am so sick of explaining and fighting for that which is constitutionally already mine, but here we go again.

Obama's new Attorney General, Eric Holder, has already said this is one of his major issues. He does not believe the 2ndAmendment gives individuals the right to bear arms. This takes literally 2 clicks to complete. Please vote on this gun issue question with USA Today. It will only take a few seconds of your time. This upcoming year will become critical for gun owners with the Supreme Court's accepting the District of Columbia case against the right for individuals to bear arms.

This is a very sad day and shame should brought upon this Administration. Yesterday, Iran was appointed to the Womens Rights Commission. Say what? It is true. The US did not utter a peep in protest, but the Iranian women have. I guess they are braver than Obama? I have lost all respect.
