Today is a very sad day because of America's loss of Andrew Breitbart, but he would encourage us to move forward most enthusiastically. For those who have been on the sidelines, it's okay. Pick up your banners and join us so we can finally bring our country to its constitionally limitted authority.
Andrew Breitbart was born in 1969, he leaves behind a very charming wife and four children. He was 43 years old. This is tragic.
I would like an autopsy so we can know possitively that no jihadi can claim responsibility for Andrew's demise, because he put his life on the line for ALL Americans. It is true that his life was in danger for us.
Now it appears the only way to pay tribute to our well respected and tirelessly working friend is to pick up where he left off so what he started was not in vain. I accept this challenge. I am back.

Lastly but NOT leastly. Please pray for Andrew's family, friends, and other loved ones. Please send them words of encouragement. John
Who was John? He was my brother, my best friend, an artist, a person who could calm any argument, and so much more. John went to Heaven November 12, 2010, at 8:36 pm officially, but I saw the clock say 7:11 pm. The official time is when the doctor came to turn off the ventilator. His heart stopped at 7:11 pm.
I love my brother, John, and he loved me. He took very good care of me, much more than I deserved. That’s for sure. John was such a special man not only to me, but to many others as well.
He was generous, unselfish, kind, loving, strong, warm, and he was very much a great man. I miss him so dearly and my only comfort is the knowledge that he is now in Heaven with God.
I would like to thank everyone who has been praying for us through this very difficult time. It is sincerely appreciated.
I must now get ready to go to the funeral home to make arrangement. I was hoping by writing this, I could find some strength. I believe the only strength I have right now is that of our Lord’s. I’ll accept that! Have a blessed day everyone, and remember to tell your loved ones that you love them. You never know when it will be the last time you see them on earth

Bronco's McKinley Has Died
No one is saying whether or not this was a suicide or a murder or natural causes, but the Denver (Colorado) Bronco's McKinley was found dead on the second floor in his master bedroom at his home.
This is horrible. He was only 23, and he leaves behind a child. May he rest in His Peace, and may they find the find the truth.

Pfc. Paul O. Cuzzupe II was killed August 8, 2010 while serving in Afghanistan. Cuzzupe, who was assigned to the 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment, died after suffering injuries in Akhtar-Mohammad-Khan when his unit came under attack with an improvised explosive device.Hat tip: JP at Milblogging.com.
Cuzzupe occasionally posted blog entries on his MySpace page. In his final entry titled "First Thanksgiving away from home" dated November 25, 2009, Paul wrote:
I have never spent and Thanksgiving away from home. It is weird how I am actually not going to be doing anything tomorrow on my favorite holiday. Life when you are training in the Army is boring to say the least. I had this grand vision that I would always be doing soething, but that is not the case, not yet anyway. It will pick up greatly when I leave AIT to go to my duty station. From there I have no idea what is in store for me, but I am sure that I will get to see the shit that has had our country bogged down for the last 8 years. I find myslef not scared, just trying to be mentally prepared. I have faith in my skills and my ability to do my job. I ve always thought that I would carry on the tradition in my family being in the Army. It is my turn. I only hope that my father and grandfather are looking down me and watching me. I feel their presence quite frequently and I know that the will be with me always, especially when times get tough.
God bless Paul for his courage and sacrifice. My thoughts and condolences go out to all his family and friends.
The St. Petersburg Times based in Tampa, has more information about Paul, his family and the military style procession he received after his body arrived in Tampa.
Military personnel, law enforcement officers, strangers and friends saluted the white hearse as it passed. Car dealerships and restaurants on S.R. 60 hung their flags at half-staff.

Police Quash Tiananmen Memorials

China blocks efforts to commemorate the 1989 massacre in Beijing of pro-democracy demonstrators.
HONG KONG—Attempts to stage public events and protests commemorating the 21st anniversary of the military crackdown on the 1989 student-led pro-democracy movement in Beijing's Tiananmen Square have been largely thwarted by Chinese authorities, activists said.
"The Chinese government continues to refuse to openly and truthfully address the events of June 4, 1989, and persists in its efforts to silence Chinese citizens who seek to commemorate the massacre," the nongovernment network Chinese Human Rights Defenders (CHRD) said.
Activists using the microblogging service Twitter said a planned commemorative event on the campus of Beijing University, one of the centers of the student movement two decades ago, had failed owing to the presence of large numbers of state security police.
"I am at the Beijing University campus," tweeted user PKUbuzheteng Thursday. "Looking at the current situation, it seems that the protest event hasn't been able to proceed."
Twitter users had called on netizens to arrive wearing the mourning color white at the university campus on June 3 to mark the night of the beginning of the advance on the student headquarters by the People's Liberation Army.
"It seems that they have stationed one national security policeman at the gate, with others walking around the place in all directions," PUKbuzheteng wrote.
'Scuffles,' detentions reported.
And Twitter user freemoren reported "scuffles between police and bystanders" outside the Great Hall of the People and numerous government departments, including the ruling Communist Party's powerful central propaganda department.
Police in Beijing detained six artists ahead of the anniversary as they staged public memorial events for the crackdown outside the capital's Museum of Fine Arts, including a sit-in and a signature campaign, artist Zhu Yanguang said.
Earlier this week, a cartoon entered for a competition which depicted a child drawing a line of tanks stopped by a single person at the Southern Metropolis Daily newspaper was removed from the paper's Web site.
"We decided pro-actively to remove the cartoon as it was being maliciously misread and misunderstood by some people, leading to a negative influence," an employee at the newspaper said.
"There was no question of being put under pressure."
But Beijing-based dissident Jiang Qisheng said the government had been obsessive about suppressing any mention of the crackdown for 20 years.
"I see the event as the massacre of poor people by an army, but the government thinks that it was right and proper to kill them," Jiang said.
"But it still won't come out and admit it."
Hong Kong criticized.
Accusing police across China of "harassing and intimidating activists against speaking out as June 4 approaches", CHRD said that at least four Beijing-based individuals are still serving jail sentences for their participation in the 1989 protests.
It added that a further three activists had been sent to labor camp last year for their attempts to mark the 20th anniversary of the crackdown, which officials refuse to discuss openly, and which left hundreds, perhaps thousands, dead and an unknown number injured.
It slammed the seizure by Hong Kong police of two replicas of the 1989 Goddess of Democracy statue ahead of memorial events, which have taken place in the territory every year, calling it "an unprecedented act of interference with the territory’s commemorative activities."
Hong Kong activists were in uproar on forums and microblogging services after the territory's Chinese University of Hong Kong refused to allow a sculpture of the Goddess to be displayed on campus, citing a need for political neutrality.
They called on people attending Saturday's memorial service in Victoria Park to carry the statue to the campus in protest after the event was ended.
Hong Kong Democratic legislator James To also hit out at the government's deportation of New Zealand national Chen Weiming, who sculpted the statue.
"The government is obviously playing dirty tricks and this must be condemned," To told local media. "I think it is playing dirty tricks."
"[I] believe that all the government has done is to suppress the June 4 remembrance activity ... I think the government is to be condemned," he said.
Hong Kong Security Secretary Ambrose Lee denied the charges, saying that the immigration authorities had acted fully in compliance with the law.
He said police had already returned the confiscated statues to the memorial organizers, the Hong Kong Alliance for the Support of Patriotic and Democratic Movement in China.
Activists watched.
Meanwhile, dozens of rights activists remained under surveillance across China, or had been warned off participating in any public events.
In Beijing, civil rights lawyer Teng Biao had been subjected to surveillance, while writer Wang Debang had received a warning.
In Xian, activist Yang Hai said police had said they would take him out of town until after the anniversary, while a second activist Zhang Jiankang hadn't been seen since being called in to "drink tea" with national security police.
In southwestern China, Suining-based dissident Liu Xianbin and Chongqing-based rights activist Mu Jiayu both reported being under surveillance on the eve of June 4, CHRD said in a statement on its Web site.

Goodbye Gary Coleman, RIP
Gary Coleman was one of my favorite actors. (I do have many.) I loved the show Different Strokes. I will miss Gary as will all the loved ones he leaves behind. Gary died today from a stroke, although he suffered many kidney problems. We love you, Gary, say hello to Jesus for me!

Evangelist Oral Roberts: RIP
Oral Roberts has always been a household name ever since I can remember, and I will miss him. He died today of pneumonia complications, his spokesman said. He was 91. A long and well lived life. I know he is in Heaven right now with Jesus Christ, God of all. May you rest in peace, and may your family and all other loved ones be comforted by God. Thank you for your service here on earth. I'll see you later.

Specialist Jordan Shay Killed In Iraq, RIP

Today I have learned of a tragedy, and I am asking you to also send your prayers to his family, his girlfriend, and his friends.
Specialist Jordan Shay was killed on Tuesday, but the DoD is not yet ready to discuss how. Jordan had finally started a blog named Through Amber Lenses after his the color of his sunglasses. He is a very talented writer. Please read his blog. Just as life was short, 22 years old on his 3rd tour, he only has 16 posts. It shouldn't be that hard.
There is a good article written about him over at Army of Dude. It may leave you with the feeling that you should get to know your neighbor. Why? Read his article!
Dear Jordan, Your work here is done and well is it done. Now is the time for peace. We shall pray for those left behind, including your girlfriend. I know how they sometimes get forgotten. Not this time. You were remarkable! Thank you for your service, and rest in peace. In Jesus' precious name we pray. AMEN.

The Department of Defense announced today the death of two soldiers who were supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. They died Sept. 3 in Baqubah, Iraq, of injuries sustained during a vehicle roll-over. The soldiers were assigned to the 5th Battalion, 20th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Fort Lewis, Wash.
Killed were:

Sen Kennedy Dead At 77, RIP
There are many issues for which the Senator and I disagreed, and there were many personal attributes for which I did not approve, but I will not speak of them of today. Senator Ted Kennedy was in the Senate for...well...as long as I've been alive I would imagine. He wielded much power, he had many friends as well as many who did not like him, he had family for whom I pray they find Comfort from the Great Comforter, and we shall miss him. May you rest in peace,

Officials identify Gulf War pilot's remains

WASHINGTON (Aug. 2, 2009) – Remains found last month in Iraq’s Anbar province are those of Navy Capt. Michael Scott Speicher, who was shot down flying a combat mission in an F/A-18 Hornet on Jan. 17, 1991, and whose fate until now had been uncertain, Defense Department officials reported Sunday.
Acting on information provided by Iraqi civilians, Marines stationed in Anbar province went to a desert location believed to be the crash site of Speicher’s jet, and the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology positively identified remains recovered there as Speicher’s.
"The news that Captain Speicher's remains have been recovered is a reminder of the selfless service that led him to make the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom," President Barack Obama said in a statement released today. "As with all our servicemen and women considered missing in action, we remain steadfast in our determination to bring our American heroes home.
"I am grateful to the Marines who pursued the information that led to Captain Speicher's recovery so that he can now come home," he continued. "My thoughts and prayers are with his family, and I hope that the recovery of his remains will bring them a needed sense of closure. "
Navy Secretary Ray Mabus also expressed his condolences. "Our thoughts and prayers are with Captain Speicher's family for the ultimate sacrifice he made for his country," he said. "I am also extremely grateful to all those who have worked so tirelessly over the last 18 years to bring Captain Speicher home."
The Navy’s top uniformed officer praised the effort to determine Speicher’s fate and expressed gratitude for the fallen aviator’s sacrifice. “Our Navy will never give up looking for a shipmate, regardless of how long or how difficult that search may be,” said Adm. Gary Roughead, chief of naval operations. “We owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to Captain Speicher and his family for the sacrifice they have made for our nation and the example of strength they have set for all of us.”
In early July, an Iraqi civilian told Marines he knew two people who recalled an American jet crashing and the remains of the pilot being buried. One of those people said he was present when Bedouins found Speicher dead and buried his remains. The Iraqis led Marines to the site, and the Marines searched the area. Remains were recovered over several days during the past week and were flown to Dover Air Force Base, Del., for scientific identification by the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology’s Office of the Armed Forces Medical Examiner.
The recovered remains include bones and skeletal fragments. Positive identification was made by comparing Speicher’s dental records with the jawbone recovered at the site. The teeth are a match, both visually and radiographically, officials said.

WASHINGTON (Aug. 2, 2009) – Remains found last month in Iraq’s Anbar province are those of Navy Capt. Michael Scott Speicher, who was shot down flying a combat mission in an F/A-18 Hornet on Jan. 17, 1991, and whose fate until now had been uncertain, Defense Department officials reported Sunday.
Acting on information provided by Iraqi civilians, Marines stationed in Anbar province went to a desert location believed to be the crash site of Speicher’s jet, and the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology positively identified remains recovered there as Speicher’s.
"The news that Captain Speicher's remains have been recovered is a reminder of the selfless service that led him to make the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom," President Barack Obama said in a statement released today. "As with all our servicemen and women considered missing in action, we remain steadfast in our determination to bring our American heroes home. "I am grateful to the Marines who pursued the information that led to Captain Speicher's recovery so that he can now come home," he continued. "My thoughts and prayers are with his family, and I hope that the recovery of his remains will bring them a needed sense of closure. "
Navy Secretary Ray Mabus also expressed his condolences. "Our thoughts and prayers are with Captain Speicher's family for the ultimate sacrifice he made for his country," he said. "I am also extremely grateful to all those who have worked so tirelessly over the last 18 years to bring Captain Speicher home."
The Navy’s top uniformed officer praised the effort to determine Speicher’s fate and expressed gratitude for the fallen aviator’s sacrifice. “Our Navy will never give up looking for a shipmate, regardless of how long or how difficult that search may be,” said Adm. Gary Roughead, chief of naval operations. “We owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to Captain Speicher and his family for the sacrifice they have made for our nation and the example of strength they have set for all of us.”
In early July, an Iraqi civilian told Marines he knew two people who recalled an American jet crashing and the remains of the pilot being buried. One of those people said he was present when Bedouins found Speicher dead and buried his remains. The Iraqis led Marines to the site, and the Marines searched the area. Remains were recovered over several days during the past week and were flown to Dover Air Force Base, Del., for scientific identification by the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology’s Office of the Armed Forces Medical Examiner.
The recovered remains include bones and skeletal fragments. Positive identification was made by comparing Speicher’s dental records with the jawbone recovered at the site. The teeth are a match, both visually and radiographically, officials said.

First I would like pass along my condolences for the families of Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett, and Michael Jackson. May your loved one rest in peace, and may you find peace at this time of grief.
Now to Iran. I found this marvelous video over at Blackfive's (Uncle Jimbo posted it), and I just had to 'borrow' it. After all, he 'borrowed' it from Gateway Pundit who 'borrowed' it from...well, you get the idea.
This a video where someone has dubbed the song Beat It over the actual events. It is a collage put together by mydorood. These Iranians sure are creative. Check out what they've done.

Dissidents Turn To Israel For Help
It appears as if President Obama does not really care about womens' rights, freedom, Liberty, the 1st or 2nd (or any) Amendments, so Iranian dissidents have turned their eyes toward an unexpected neighbor. Israel. Here is an excerpt:
These are our brothers and sisters. Especially if you are a Christian. What can we do, you ask yourself or me? We can burn the phone lines down calling President Obama (1-202-456-1111) and let him know what you think of his silence! You can call your representatives (1-202-224-3121 or 225-3121, they both work) and encourage them to speak out for the dissidents in Iran. We can also encourage them to put the money back into the fund set up by the Republicans and some Democrats for the Iranian dissidents. We can help them with news through TV stations that the mullahs won't have the time to block, at least not all of them! We can also use the radio. Whatever ideas you have, share them.
Where are all the Muslims who rallied when you thought it possible that any type of book could be flushed down a toilet let alone a Koran? WHERE IS YOUR VOICE? Do you not see the horror? Or do you approve of it? How about it CAIR? Yes, I guess we know where you stand.
Let me tell you something, though. There were people protesting all across this nation. I did notice you. There were probably more of you than any TV station is about to admit, which leads me to question whether or not we truly do have a free press or just a lazy one? From New York City to California. From sea to shining sea. Yes, injustice was proclaimed by the PEOPLE, not by these so-called groups that claim to represent you. Please remember this the next time they start squaking. It's probably for their masters. Do you really want to please those dictators? I didn't think so.
Everyone stay safe, keep praying, keep protesting, and come to my Tea Party on the 4th of July at Bixby Park, 130 Cherry Ave, Long Beach, California. We shall be having a moment of silence, and I will be wearing a green t-shirts. I will have green ribbons for you as well. You don't have to wear one. It's up to you. What is right is right, and it doesn't matter that it's not happening here. The truth is, it most certainly could. We must all be grateful. Have a nice day.

Please help in any way you can to allow these stations resume broadcasting to Iran.

The Man, The Soldier, The Life, The Letter. RIP
Over at Blackfive, Maj. Pain has a post that should be read. Crescent City (California) Triplicate, specifically Adam Madison, received from Afghanistan a very moving letter written by Capt. Bruno de Solenni. Here is a portion of it.
Capt. Bruno was expected home for Christmas, but he will not be able to make it this year, nor any other year. September 20, 2008, Capt. Bruno de Solenni was killed in action by an IED in a far away place named Afghanistan fighting for our freedom and theirs.
What better sacrifice is there than lay down one's life for another? God bless the de Solenni family and all those who loved Bruno. May you find Peace and Strength through these difficult day, months, years. May God bless you, too, Capt. Bruno de Solenni. Thank you for your sacrifice. May your all of your troubles be gone and all your joys be complete in Heaven.

First off, when I first joined the National Guard, back in 1996, I had no idea that I would be here today. I do remember making the decision on Christmas Day when I was about 20 years old and felt like I was going nowhere with my life and needed to take a new direction. As my father and mother had stated earlier, I was always fascinated with history and the military, and was amazed at some of the hardships my grandfather endured in both WWI and WWII.Trust me, I left enough of the letter out so you should go read it, but I did try to give you a sense of who Capt. Bruno de Solenni is and was.

Eventually, a few years after joining, I did decided to go back to college at Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Ore., where there was a GOLD (Guard Officer Leadership Development) program that allowed me to earn a federal commission as an Army officer while I continued to work toward my degree (which the National Guard also paid for).
In a sense, I was doing exactly what the National Guard said I could do if I joined … Finally, on May 11, 2001, I received my commission as a young, immature, 2nd lieutenant full of piss and vinegar still not knowing exactly what I was getting into.
When Sept. 11 happened, it was then that I realized that things were going to be very different for me and the rest of this country. One month later our battalion received the alert order that we would mobilize the following year to fill in on the current MFO (Multi National Force and Observers) mission in Sinai, Egypt. After returning from Egypt, I was home for eight months before volunteering again to go to Iraq for OIF II. It was there I truly (became) an infantry officer and learned a lot about myself and people in general.

Something that still upsets me is the fact that they exploited some of the crimes soldiers committed over there as a reflective view to the rest of the world of what our armies stood for. I am not saying that we didn't make mistakes, we did make them and we have painfully corrected them.
...
Our true problems here are definitely reflective of the Pakistani border and the lack of troops covering it, which has been an issue for years and is being exploited by the Taliban as they train freely in Pakistan, unopposed by anyone.
In my opinion, Afghanistan does need a troop surge of American soldiers as well, otherwise we will only be able to sustain combat operations with minimal effect of containing Taliban insurgents. As I speak about this, these are only my views and opinions based on my experiences.

The good days over here are when we are truly sticking it to the Taliban in a firefight that is in our favor and you just drop ped 130 105mm rounds on their position. Or when a ... hot F-15 pilot flies over your head strafing the Taliban with his Vulcan cannons.
The (bad) days are whe n you are covering up your your sergeant major from being exposed to the dust-out of a Chinook helicopter that is landing to medivac him out. At the same time he cries because he doesn't want to leave his team as he lies there half paralyzed with shrapnel in him, while fluids are coming out of his eyes and ears signifying severe brain trauma, (meaning we can't give him morphine).

The bad days are when you put your buddy in a body bag and you don't even recognize him because his limbs are missing and there holes in him everywhere. The miracles are when his last words are, "tell my wife and kids I love them," before he dies in his best friend's arms after struggling for several agonizing minutes to get the words out because there is a fist-size hole in his head.
And last20but not least, the best days are when an Afghan comes up to you thanking you for everything that you have done to help them and for making their (home) a better place now that the Taliban are gone.
If anything, this is probably the biggest reason why I proudly enjoy being over here. I can't explain it to anyone and there is no description of what it feels like, but it was the same feeling I got when I was in Iraq as well. And I am sure it's the same feeling that generations of American soldiers before me have gotten as they fought and sacrificed their lives for the freedoms that we enjoy today.
Perhaps the biggest thing that has made being over here much more bearable, is the amount of public support that we have received from people. Getting a care package or a letter of support when you are out in the middle of nowhere from a complete stranger, thanking you, does make the day seem a little better.
I would especially like to thank my Aunt J an Martin, and The local Troop Support organization who have provided care packages to soldiers serving overseas and have volunteered endless hours of their time and energy making our lives easier. The British soldiers (who don't get anything) are extremely grateful as well.

Bernie Mack is dead at 50, Rest in Peace
I don't care what anyone says, I loved this man. As an actor and as a person. Yes, he was off-color sometimes, but who isn't? Even the best of us Christians have our moments. He died today from pneumonia at the tender age of 50. The world has lost a very talented YOUNG man, and it saddens me. I pray for his family and friends. Lord, please grant them Your Peace that this world does not understand. Comfort them, and be their Strength. Take good care of him, too. Until we all meet once again (and for the first time), rest in peace Bernie Mack. Well done.

Tony Snow 53 RIP
I am in shock. I was under the impression that he had beaten his colon cancer, but he did not. He went Home to Heaven today. I pray for his wife and his children to be comforted in the fact that they knew him for as long as he was given to us and know how very much he loved them. Seek the LORD, for He will comfort you. To all you men out there, GET A PROSTATE EXAM. NOW. I don't want to hear it. Too many of my friends are dieing on my, and I just can't take it anymore.

Until we meet again, dear Furball
My dearest Furball,
I'm so sorry I am not at the hospital with you. I forgot John was taking you there today. I had no idea you were so ill. Your liver is shot, you have tubes all the place, and you need a feeding tube. The medicines are many, and you are suffering. Should we force you to stay alive? This is difficult for me, because I love you. I also do not believe it is my right to decide whether or not to make this kind of decision. However, you may not know this, but we are financially poor.
My first response was, "I don't care how much it costs, keep her alive!" Then it was explained to me that they had specialists coming in from all over the place, and even they said there was no guarantee of your survival. I hate money!
No, it's not money I hate, it's the fact that we do not have enough to keep you with us. I didn't even get the chance to say, 'Until we meet again.' I miss you already, and you are not even on your way to Heaven! Do not worry. We have plenty pictures of you, and we will place them right next to Gracie's pictures. Every time we feel blue, we will look at those pictures and remember you.
Do you remember the time when I was living across the hall and you attack Flea? That is because you had just receive Pun'kin as your adopted daughter. You were a very good protector. I don't know what she is going to do without you, but she will find a way to carry on. She is good hands, Furball.
Damn it, I feel responsible. I noticed you were getting skinny, and everyone kept telling me it was natural. You were even taken to a doctor who said you were fine. I think I shall have that veterinarian's license pulled! How could not have known? Heck, I KNEW there was something wrong. If I had known this would be the result, I would not have pushed and pushed him to take you to the vet. Please forgive me, dear Furball.
In Heaven, there is no more pain, there is tall grass for you to romp in, there is perfect tempature, there is your favorite food, there are no more worries, and we shall be there someday to join you. Don't you worry about us. We'll be alright, except this excruxiating pain I feel in my heart. It does go away. It took years for it to go away after we lost Gracie, but I always smile fondly when I look at it now. I remember all the good times we shared, and I thank God for giving me permission to watch over His adorable creature. I thank Him also for you. Until we meet again...

Rest in Peace Tim Russert
I know many have already heard the news that Tim Russert has died of a (possible) heart attack while at work earlier this afternoon at the age of 58, but I want to add my 2 cents. I could always count on Tim to have an interesting show, unless I really couldn't stand the interviewee. That would be my hang-up, not his. He tried to treat everyone fairly, and he was mostly successful. When you made it to the Meet the Press show, you made it! I did think he may have been a little tougher on Conservatives than Liberals, but that again could be my perception. This is not a bad thing. Do not misunderstand me. It is good that our politicians get the tough questions. This way, we can see what kind of backbone (if any) they had.
Who out there can fill his shoes? I cannot think of one person save Bret Hume from Special Report over at Fox News. I doubt they will ask him, and it will be to their loss. Am I suggesting that Tim is easily replacable? Of course not! That is why it is so hard to find anyone to take his place on a show that Tim literally pulled up from the ash heap of history.
Tim Russert will certainly be missed, and I will continue to carry the mantra of Bills for you, Tim. Go Bills! Rest in sweet Peace, Tim. May your family find solace in the outpouring of love and prayers that are following this sudden, horrible news. May you rest in Peace, Tim, and thank you for all that you've given. God bless you.
PS. BTW, Rosemary's Thoughts was one year old yesterday.

Remember your safety course while on bike, please
This next article is a sad one. It is one that shouldn't be written, because it didn't have to happen. We love you guys, and we need to you to stay alive. Not dead because some driver didn't see you. Do whatever you can to prevent these accidents. Please. NGAUS has the article.
Motorcycles Deadly for National Guard Soldiers in 2008.
Fifteen National Guard soldiers have been killed in motorcycle accidents this year, said the deputy director of the Army National Guard. That's already more than were killed in all of 2006.
That's one reason Maj. Gen James Nuttall rode the Guard’s Patriot Chopper at the front of Rolling Thunder on Memorial Day in the nation’s capital. He and the thousands of other motorcycle riders were honoring service members still missing in action from America’s wars. But he was also calling attention to motorcycle safety, decked out as he was in helmet, protective eyewear, gloves, proper footwear and a reflective vest.
Although the Patriot Chopper is designed as a recruiting tool, Nuttall said, “We use it to demonstrate that you can ride a cool motorcycle and still be safe.” Among Guard soldiers, sport bikes are the number one killer of those 26 years of age and younger. “It’s like training a soldier to go to war,” Nuttall said. “You wouldn’t send them in untrained, so why be untrained and unready when you’re out riding a motorcycle?”
The Memorial Day event was also a chance to remember the 515 National Guard soldiers killed since Sept. 11, 2001. "Those numbers are fairly representative of our participation in the war," Nuttall said. "That doesn't sound like a lot of people, unless it's someone close to you."
For the past 21 years, bikers from all over the country have joined the Rolling Thunder tribute ride through Washington. The bikers ride from the Pentagon to the National Mall.

I have a few articles for you today. The first one pertains to an article in which over 30,000 illegal aliens are stopped from voting in Arizona on May 12, 2008, another article concerns the arrests of several hundred illegal aliens in Iowa recently and one concerns Jameel Shaw.
First of all, this just goes to show you why the democrats wanted to keep ID's out of the hands of the voterless (illegal voters)! This is just the same as those folks who only come out of their graves on election day. Amazing how do that! To read about this article, please visit Stephen Frank's website.
Second we have a story that you may already be familiar with, but I still think it's important to remind you so you will get off your buns and call the Congress tomorrow toll free at1-866-340-9281 1-202-224-3121 and tell them to take out the H-2B visas! Yes, they took out the Ag Workers Amnesty bill from the War budget, but this is hidden in there! Reid left in the bill another giant increase of UNSKILLED imported seasonal GUEST WORKERS, from 66,000 to over 400,000 annually by 2011!
While this article is about the arrest of illegal aliens who are taking jobs away from you and me, the news about Jameel's name is being dragged through the mud. He was 17 years old, lived in Los Angeles, a fabulous football player, had great grades, and he was murdered by an illegal alien who was released from jail not 24 hours prior to murdering him. Why was he in jail? Possession of a weapon illegally. Let's go through this again. He's illegal. He illegally has possession of a gun. He's arrested. Because in Las Angeles you are not allowed to ask anyone's. ANYONE'S, status for being in the United States, he is released and allowed to murder a nice young man.
Now someone has gone into myspace and made up some crap about him. They put things on it to make it appear that he was in a gang. Let me explain this to you. GANG MEMBERS DO NOT GET GOOD GRADES, SCHOLARSHIPS FOR COLLEGE, and that's the bottom the line. I could open a site right now and call myself George W. Bush! Would people believe it was his? Only idiots that do not understand how the internet works.
So what is happening? The news is reporting it as if it were fact. They are trying to destroy this man, although he's already dead and cannot defend himself, so that they can rationalize why he was murdered. HUH? EVEN IF it were his site, whatever happened to, 'Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me'?
Parents, get a hold of your children! Illegals, get out of my country! America, wake up. Mexico wants the area from Texas to Utah and westward in their possession. Maybe you don't live here, but I do. I'm not giving it up. I need your help, though. When the war breaks out, I may not make it. You can bet I will try my best. I am an AMERICAN. It is in my blood. Is it in yours?

Who is eligible?This article is exactly the reason why we certainly do NOT need anymore illegal aliens in our country. How many more people have to die before we, the American people, the citizens of these United States, have a say in who is and is not allowed into this country?
The H2B visa is available to employers of foreign workers not working in the agricultural field. This visa is only available for work that is temporary in nature. For H2B purposes, that means:
**Recurring seasonal need;
>**Intermittent need;
**Peak-load need; and
>**One time occurrence.
The employer must also prove that there are no unemployed US workers willing or able to do the work. This is established through the state's employment agency using a labor certification process. This process requires a recruitment campaign, including advertising in a local newspaper for available temporary workers.
